Total fees for camp can be calculated by combining Program Fees with Housing Fees. Housing fees will be billed after you receive your housing assignment confirmation. Program Fees include childcare, kids' program, adult programming, recreation, entertainment and family activities. Sliding Scale Guidelines for Calculating Program Fees:
Refunds/Cancellations:
Part of the financial model to make camp possible involves non-refundable program fees. This is an effort to ensure that Pact's significant organizing costs are covered by fees and donations received. In order to ensure our camp location, it is necessary for us to put down a significant deposit and guarantee a certain number of registrants. We need to secure speakers, counselors and daycare workers. All of these costs are nonrefundable for Pact. Once paid, PROGRAM fees for Pact Camp are non-refundable. Please take care in making your summer plans. HOUSING fees are refundable prior to May 1, 2008; after that date, they are nonrefundable as well. "Roll-Over" Replacements: Canceling families may recruit another family to take their place at camp, and "roll over" their program fees. There will be $50.00 per person handling fee for each new registration. Emergency Cancellations: Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for last-minute cancellations. If you feel that this would prove a hardship for your family, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance which will cover your costs in the event of an emergency.
